DJ REBUILT FRONT CONTROL ARMS
Next
time you have the front of your coach jacked up, check out the rubber
bushings at the ends of the control arms. Chances are these were
installed at the factory. Now with the coach still in the air and
the engine idling have your wife/navigator/assistant sit in the driver
seat with their foot hard on the brake, Shift from park to reverse to neutral
to drive and back. See how much the front suspension moves
around. If it moves and does not snap back, you probably need to
replace the bushings. These rebuilt front suspension control arms have been
stripped, sandblasted and inspected for cracks. All the spot welds on

These Hubs and Knuckles have been
sand blasted and the imperfections are machined away. They are then
placed in an industrial chrome bath. When a sufficient amount of chrome
has built up in the bearing areas they are re-ground to aircraft tolerances
which give a good press fit for the bearings onto the hub and a snug tap fit
into the knuckle. Short
