HURRY CURRY

 

2 cans cream or mushroom soup
1 teaspoon dry parsley

½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon paprika

½ cup vermouth
2 teaspoon curry powder

1 tablespoon dry onions (chopped)
2 cups cooked chicken, diced

 

Condiments:  Serve over rice with chopped apples, toasted coconut, peanuts, cashews, diced green pepper, chutney, raisins etc.

 

DIRECTIONS:          

Combine all of the ingredients & heat slowly until hot.  Serve over rice with the condiments.  This is a super easy recipe to keep ingredients on hand for in the RV.  I serve it with a plate warm pita wedges & a bowl of marinated cucumbers for the salad & fresh fruit for dessert.  Yum, I’m hungry already!
