HOT CRAB TIDBITS

 

1 package flaky refrigerator rolls

1 cup crab meat, canned or fresh

1 tablespoon minced onion

1 cup grated Swiss cheese (1/4 lb.)

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

¼ teaspoon curry powder

 

Directions:

Separate the rolls into 6-8 flakes & place on a sprayed cookie sheet or one lined with  baking parchment paper.  Mix the remaining ingredients together.  Top each roll with crab mixture.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.  Keep these ingredients handy for an impromptu party or makes a nice tidbit for brunch or supper.
