FLANK STEAK MARINADE for a Crowd

 

1 ½ cups Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger

1 ½ cups olive oil

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 cup low sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 cup brown sugar

 

Directions:

Whisk all of the marinade together.  Use only a portion if marinating a small amount of meat.  Place the meat in appropriate size zip lock bag & pour in the marinade.  Marinade for 24 hours or more turning several times a day.  This is also very good on chicken, pork or lamb.  Other cuts of meat can also be used.  Discard the used marinade.  Refrigerate any unused marinade.  MLS
