DELICIOUS CHICKEN BAKE

Yummy, juicy, tender chicken dish that can be put together ahead of time!

 

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 small jar of dried beef

½ pint of sour cream

½ cup milk

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves  or boneless, skinless thighs

6 slices bacon

seasoning salt

 

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a 9’ X 13” pan & layer the beef in the bottom of the pan.   Wrap the bacon around each piece of chicken & place on top of the dried beef (you can use peppered bacon if you prefer).  In a bowl, mix the sour cream, soup milk & seasoning together & pour over the chicken.  Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken tests done.
