CHINESE DOODLES
We all knew that ramen was
one of the most versatile foods on earth, but this recipe also calls for
biscuits!
1 pound of ground beef
I medium onion, chopped
1 package oriental flavored
ramen noodles, cooked
1 package Grands
flaky biscuits
1/3 cup Yoshida’s Gourmet Sauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375
degrees. Spray a baking pan. Brown the ground beef & chopped onion together. Salt & pepper to taste.
Cook the noodles according to the directions adding the seasoning packet. Mix the
cooked noodles into the skillet with
the meat. If there is excess juice,
drain some off the noodle & meat mixture.
Add the Yoshida’s sauce. Let the sauce simmer on low while you are preparing
the biscuits. Separate each biscuit
& divide in half to make 16 circles.
Flatten out the dough to make 16 larger circles. Place a spoonful of noodles & meat in the
middle of the circle & gather up the edges & pinch together to prevent leaking. Place on the pan, seam side down. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden
brown. Serve with a dish of Yoshida’s
sauce for dipping.
