CHEESEY FRENCH BREAD

(Perfect on a cold day with soup or stew!)

 

1 loaf of French bread

¼ pound of cheddar cheese, grated

¼ pound of Swiss cheese, grated

¼ cup mayonnaise

3 green onions, finely chopped

 

Directions:

Slice the loaf of French bread in half, lengthwise.  Mix all of the ingredients together & spread on each half of the French bread.  Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.  Cut into serving pieces.
